Nathan Martland signed forms before the Bootle game. The 22 year old can player either striker or attacking midfielder. Martland played for Preston until he was 18 then joined Burscough. Last season he left Burscough just before christmas to join Buckley Town were he finished top scorer with 15 goals.

Joint manager Jay Foulds said "We are always on the look out for quality young players and Nathan fits the bill perfectly. He has scored goals were ever he has played and hopefully he will bring them qualities to us"
